NIMA KAUFMANN

Nima Kaufmann’s practice approaches jewelry as a system of forms shaped by material resistance, transformation, and repetition. Nima’s formal language draws from Persian calligraphy and cultural heritage, combined with a precise, technical approach rooted in Swiss craftsmanship and influenced by industrial and horological aesthetics. Drawing is a starting point, but form truly emerges through an ancient sand-casting process, where accidents become generative forces. Each piece is produced in Switzerland, preserving material honesty, local know-how, and creative independence.
